Introducing our newest member of the team!
LARAC welcomes our new Support Assistant, Lucy Bennett to the team.
Lucy joins us from South Staffordshire Council where she was a Senior Waste and Recycling Officer.
She brings a decade of local government experience within recycling, waste and customer services and has experience of waste collection contracts, contract management, leading on communications initiatives and implementing major service changes. And in 2021, Lucy completed a HNC in Wastes Management at the University of Northampton.
Lucy says,
“I am thrilled to be joining the LARAC team. Having been a LARAC member myself for the past seven years, I have seen first-hand the benefits the organisation brings to local authorities”.
