In this months update we have information on the consultation published on a Draft Environmental Principles Policy Statement for Northern Ireland. Plus we have ongoing consultations for Wales (NRW consultation on three new and two amended standard rules permit) and two for Scotland (Scottish Gov consultation on charging for single-use disposable beverage cups and additionally SEPA consultation on ETS). Then for NI also (DAERA consultation on proposed new code of practice on Sampling and reporting at MFs. Read the details and the member briefings plus get up to date on all other policy news HERE.
