In this months update we have three consultation responses (concerning Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland) plus a consultation published in England (EA consultation on charge proposals for April 2025 relating to waste crime). We update on the ongoing consultation for Northern Ireland (from DAERA on a draft Environmental Principles Policy Statement). Plus we have a briefing paper for members on chemical recycling and a mass balance approach.
