The prize is one, fully-funded place to the LARAC UK Conference 2025 in Birmingham, consisting of 2 nights' accommodation on Tues 07 and Wed 08 October, and entry to the conference on 08 and 09 October, including the Meet the Exec evening event on 07 Oct as well as a place at the LARAC Celebration Awards evening on 08 October. We will also pay all reasonable travel expenses.
Completing the survey only takes around 10 minutes. Your responses will help us improve our services and inform our annual action plan.

LARAC 2024 Membership Survey - Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
- The prize draw is being run by LARAC Ltd, whose registered office is at First Floor Templeback, 10 Temple Back, Bristol, BS1 6FL.
Eligibility to Enter
- The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and employed by a fully paid LARAC Member. (LARAC Directors, Executive Members, and Honorary Members are excluded from the draw).
- In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
- A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified from the draw.
- The prize draw is free to enter.
How to Enter
- The prize draw will be made at random from completed LARAC 2024 Membership Survey forms submitted by 12 noon on Thursday, 19 December 2024. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
- The random prize draw will be made by software, from all entries received and verified by LARAC.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason or for entries without entrants' contact details.
The Prize
- The prize will be one fully funded place to the LARAC UK Conference 2025 in Birmingham, consisting of:
- Two nights’ accommodation on Tues 07 and Wed 08 October.
- Entry to the conference on 08 and 09 October.
- A place at the celebration awards on 08 October.
- Reasonable travel expenses, paid according to LARAC expenses guidance.
- The winner must be employed by a fully paid member of LARAC, and the winner will be drawn at random.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
- The decision of LARAC regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- LARAC is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
Winner Announcement
- The winner will be notified after 19 December 2024 via the email provided on the survey form.
- LARAC will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and LARAC reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Data Protection and Publicity
- You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by LARAC for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
- All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at admin@larac.org.uk.
- The winner agrees to the release of their name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via LARAC.
- An announcement of the winner’s name and place of work will be made via LARAC’s website and newsletter.
- All personal information shall be used in accordance with LARAC’s Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
- LARAC does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
General
- LARAC reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by LARAC.
- The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
