LARAC working to get LAs and Retailers communicating

LAs and retailers have not always seen eye to eye on the topic of packaging. Although some issues may remain there are likely to be areas which can be worked on to promote greater packaging recycling. To progress this idea LARAC's CEO, Lee Marshall recently met up with the Coop and CIWM where it was suggested that a workshop be held with key stakeholders from major retailers and local authorities, facilitated by the CIWM and hosted by the Co-operative.
