LARAC Welcomes the Removal of RPS for Waste Wood Recycling

LARAC is pleased to see that the Regulatory Position Statements (RPS) 249 and 291 have been officially removed, marking a significant step forward for the wood recycling industry. This decision to classify amber waste wood items from HWRC and demolition waste streams as non-hazardous will undoubtedly benefit the sector by reducing red tape and disposal costs.
