LARAC is delighted to announce the launch of the LARAC Wales Conference 2015.  Once more it will be held at the Maesmawr Hall Hotel in Caersws, Powys on Wednesday 8th July, and again it is funded by the Welsh Government.

The day will have very useful case studies from Welsh Authorities on the Procurement Process, Maximising Trade collections and HWRCs and a very relevant presentation on harmonising collection services from Cornwall Council.  The bigger picture will be provided by Jasper Roberts from the Welsh Government who will look at Waste in the Circular Economy, and then later in the day Andy Rees will be looking at what’s next for Waste in Wales.   The WLGA will be looking at Food Waste Communications and Ricardo-AEA will be looking at austerity and council innovation – so with hardly a stone left un-turned we hope you will be joining us at Maesmawr for what promises to be a very interesting day.   Read the full programme

All Wales local authorities have up to three free places reserved for them.  To confirm your place just email admin@larac.org.uk giving the name, job title and email address of the attendees and whether they have any dietary requirements or need Welsh translation.

We look forward to seeing you there.
