RouteSmart, our flagship routing software, is recognised as the world leader in the industry. With significantly more licenses in use than any of our competitors, RouteSmart is now available online. We’ve streamlined the user experience without compromising the software’s powerful routing algorithms, making it easier than ever for our clients to optimise their routes.
SmartSuite: Engaging Drivers and Crews
Our in-cab and back-office software, SmartSuite, has been designed to engage drivers and crews effectively. Early adopters have shared positive feedback, calling it “the most flexible in-cab system” they’ve encountered and praising its customisability. One of our technology partners even described SmartSuite as “a superior product.”
We worked closely with a focus group consisting of large and small local authorities to develop an intuitive in-cab device that leverages the latest Android interface. SmartSuite displays and audibly communicates service information and route directions in a “just-in-time” manner, ensuring drivers receive the information they need when they need it. With safety in mind, the need for user interaction has been minimised and is required only ‘by exception’.

In addition to our software solutions, we offer waste composition analysis services. We've carved out a niche by providing local authorities with valuable insights, using our mapping expertise to illustrate the impact of waste habits based on socio-economic groupings.
