As Summer comes to an end, albeit a rainy one, the team at Cromwell look forward to a different time of year. Event season! From September through to December Yorkshire-based waste experts, Cromwell attend numerous different industry leading events, and one high on their agenda this year is the 2023 LARAC Conference and Celebration Awards.
For many years, Cromwell have been proud partners of the Local Authority Recycling Advisory Committee (LARAC). Alongside this partnership, comes a wealth of knowledge from the association, combined with amazing networking and event opportunities, including attendance at their annual conference. They will once again be exhibiting at the conference, which is to be held on 11th and 12th, at The Hilton Metropole, Birmingham.
Not only does this event allow Cromwell to showcase the partnerships it has with local authorities and the waste management solutions which they can offer, it is also a great opportunity to showcase the new and exciting developments happening at Cromwell! This year is a momentous one for the polythene waste sack supplier, as they celebrate 40 years in business. From being established back in 1983, Cromwell has grown to the well-established and trusted waste sack supplier it is today.
With regular government reforms and changes in the waste industry, Cromwell have always been quick to adapt and ensure they remain at the forefront of the industry. Including; introducing compostable liners for organic waste collections, being founding members of the CHSA sack-scheme, and recently acquiring a UK manufacturing and recycling facility. All improving their offering and moving them toward their goal of being the most resourceful company in plastics.
At this years LARAC Show you can explore Cromwell’s extensive portfolio, including; their refuse and recycling sacks, bags and liners made from polythene and compostable material, dog waste bags, and much more. Their industry experience and product knowledge mean they can also offer and recommend bespoke products to their customers, including printed bags with logos, recycling instructions and contact information.
