Kicking off Day 1 at and back by popular demand is the Leaders of the Waste World Panel. 12.30pm presents an out of this world opportunity to hear from NASA. At 13.15 LARAC’s Vice-Chair, Dan Roberts, will discuss consistency agenda and local authority perspective. Closing Wednesday is Andy Willcott with insights on the waste management of the ‘temporary city’; Glastonbury Festival.

Jeremy Paxman, patron of Clean Up Britain, opens Day 2 by unearthing Britain's growing litter problem. At 12 Mary Creagh MP, of the Environmental Audit Committee, will be discussing resource efficiency & net zero. LARAC Chair, Carole Taylor, will take part in the “Big Debate - Can DRS Deliver?” panel, at 13.15. Keep Britain Tidy will close the 2019 spectacle by highlighting that there is no 'away' in a throwaway society.
