Join us for a webinar where we will explore the challenges and successes of introducing food waste collections in flatted properties.
- We'll be joined by ReLondon, who will present the results of their two-year Flats Above Shops (FLASH) pilot project, delivered in partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham, Islington, and Waltham Forest councils.
- This pioneering project introduced both dry mixed recycling and food waste services to some of London’s busiest high streets. ReLondon will walk us through the behavioural insights that shaped the project, the infrastructure and communications developed, and the practical outcomes and learnings from on-the-ground implementation.
- We will also be joined by Fife Council, who will share their experience of rolling out food waste collections in high-rise flats - offering a contrasting perspective from a different part of the UK.
