Cambridgeshire County Council

The RECAP Partnership, encompassing the seven waste collection and disposal authorities across Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, is a successful partnership focussed on service and financial efficiency in the management of waste. Over the years we have gained a reputation as a high performing and forward looking partnership and have previously been awarded beacon status.

A recent strategic review of RECAP identified short, medium and longer term actions the partnership could take to facilitate greater joint working and deliver further efficiencies.

We need a committed and enthusiastic Partnership Manager to take a lead role in the development, agreement and delivery of a partnership wide work programme that will deliver RECAP objectives and achieve measurable benefits for all partners. Working with Lead Members and Lead Officers you will be expected to deliver tangible project outcomes, help lead transformation, providing constructive challenge to practices and behaviours and managing partnership resources.

To be successful in this role you should have strong communications and interpersonal skills as well as experience of leading the development and delivery of change programmes.
