Bristol Waste Company is responsible for the delivery of Waste Collections, Recycling, Street Cleansing Services and Household Waste Recycling Centres for the people of Bristol. We are an enthusiastic, forward-thinking company with an ambitious vision for the City. We are seeking to recruit a Team Supervisor to join our team based on Albert Road.

Duties will include supervising and providing front line management to allocated employees in a way that maximises productivity and employee engagement levels; to monitor the quality of work to ensure that service standards are met and comply with all aspects of health and safety; to proactively identify service improvements and manage the outcomes to the satisfaction of the customer etc.

It is essential to have experience of managing a team; excellent leadership and people management skills in order to manage and motivate staff effectively; written skills in order to undertake employee investigations and compile investigation reports to an acceptable standard; excellent customer service skills; to be assertive and remain calm under pressure; hold a full driving licence valid for use in the UK etc.
