This is a conference for front line workers and their managers who work in the waste and recyling sector in the UK, whether that be domestic or commercial waste collection, waste processing, recycling, skip hire or any other job which involves working with waste in some way. The conference will include workshops on worker engagement and effective Leadership in Health and Safety and introduce some tools that have been developed to help in these areas which you can take back to use in your organisations. If possible we would like all managers who register to attend, to also register a member of their front line staff to attend with them and vice versa. There is a limit of 100 delegates so please register as soon as possible to secure a place.
The event will be free to attend and includes refreshments and lunch.
