Defra Change Network – Waste and Recycling Staff Recruitment Webinar

The Defra Change Network has added an additional session to help with the implementation of Simpler Recycling collections for Households – focusing on Waste and Recycling staff recruitment. The session will take place at 2pm, on 11th December.
Overview of the session:
Learn from Industry experts and experienced Local Authority staff who will share key insights and techniques for recruiting staff needed for Simpler Recycling. The session and its supporting resources cover the key areas such as developing recruitment strategies, undertaking job analysis, building the recruitment process and candidate assessment. There will be sharing of good practice and experiences from Councils who have been going through the process with tips and advice to help ensure recruitment for Simpler Recycling is successful.
