Are you passionate about helping people to recycle more and waste less? Are you experienced in managing projects which support sustainable resource use and looking for your next challenge?
Keep Britain Tidy is an independent environmental charity with three goals – to eliminate litter, improve local places and prevent waste. Our Waste Services team works with local authorities and other organisations to manage waste better: see our website for more about what we do. 2016 was a great year for us – we helped half a million households to reduce, reuse and recycle, our engagement campaigns increased food waste recycling by up to 30% and we have been shortlisted for Team of the Year at the National Recycling Awards 2017. We have even greater ambitions for 2017 and we are looking for a new Senior Project Manager to help achieve them.
As one of four Project Managers in the team, you will be required to manage multiple projects at any one time and ensure they are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget. You will be based in the heart of central London (close to Covent Garden), but with regular regional travel. Senior Project Managers are expected to manage more complicated projects and lead on bidding processes for new work.
Keep Britain Tidy offers a range of employee benefits, including flexibility and development opportunities. As part of our investment in staff the successful candidate will be supported to work towards CIWM Chartered Waste Manager status.
If you have any questions about the role then you are warmly encouraged to call for an informal chat.
Dr. Anna Scott, Waste Services Manager, Keep Britain Tidy, 9-13 Kean Street, London, WC2B 4AY. Tel: 020 7420 4407. Email: email@example.com
The deadline for receipt of applications is 9am on Tuesday 2 May 2017 with interviews on Wednesday 10 May 2017 at our London office.
Please note that as we are a charity with limited resources, we are only able to contact successful candidates.
We request no CVs or agencies.
