We are recruiting within our Recycling and Collections team for a Local Authority Account Manager.
The post holder will be responsible for providing technical support to local authorities so they can review service provision and assess options to increase recycling, customer satisfaction and deliver value for money waste collection and recycling services. The post holder will provide appropriate technical input and advice to support implementation of service changes.
We are looking for candidates with demonstrable knowledge of collection, recycling and sorting systems in operation and the relevant policy and legislative context. The successful candidate will have strong operational experience in planning and delivering recycling and waste collection services as well as demonstrable understanding of local authority structures and processes. Candidates should also have proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision makers and good experience of developing business cases in support of service change.
